The AI-powered entrepreneur

I spent fifteen years in sales and operations. Now I put AI inside yours and give you your week back.

Noam Wolf

I run a live music company in Los Angeles and I do not write a single line of code. I taught AI to run the back office anyway, got 15 to 25 hours a week back, and went from paying about $1,500 a month for help down to about $100. I really think if I can do this, you can do this.

Sixty minutes, live on video, one on one. You leave with something that works, not with notes.

Want this for your whole team? Bring me in.

Where you may have seen me

I am a performer with twenty years on stage, the founder of a live music company in Los Angeles that I built from zero, and an operations person who spent years running sales and operations for other people's companies and built thousands of automations for them. Now I do it for other small business owners, which is the part I like best.

On Your American Dream

I joined Your American Dream with Anisha Jennings, on going from performer to CEO, building a premium brand, and leveraging AI to grow a business.

I was drowning in my own business.

I'm a performer, a mother, and a business owner and I do not write any code.

I would walk off stage after a show, still buzzing, open my phone, and find forty emails waiting. A potential client who loved my work, filled out my form at 11pm, and booked whoever answered them first. I watched clients I really wanted to work with go cold because I could not get back to them in time.

I hired a whole team of remote workers to handle it, and things still bottlenecked at my desk. Then I discovered AI, pointed my own trade at my own business, and automated it.

The whole idea is smaller than it sounds. I asked one question about everything on my plate: is this a pattern, or is this my art? A pattern can be handed off. My art stays mine.

My morning brief writes itself while I am asleep. New leads get caught the second they land and come back to me with a reply already drafted in my voice. Proposals that used to eat an hour take two minutes. I taught it once. Now it just knows.

Who this is for

  • You run your own thing, and you are the bottleneck inside it.
  • You opened ChatGPT or Claude, got a robotic answer, and quietly closed the tab.
  • You do not want a course. You want the thing built and working by the end of the call.

Who this is not for

  • You want a lecture on where AI is going. I only work on what I have actually built and run.
  • You want a finished system handed to you while you sit out. We build it together, in your account, with you at the keyboard, because that is what makes it stick.
  • Your business does not repeat yet. No pattern, nothing to hand off, and I will tell you that instead of taking your money.

What the hour looks like

This is a consultation, not a lecture and not a demo. We look at your real week together, I tell you what I would hand off and in what order, and then we actually build. You leave with at least one automation running in your account. Some people move fast and we get through more than one. Every business has its own rhythm, so we work at yours and use the whole hour.

You talk and I listen.

What you do, who your clients are, and what your week actually looks like. Then the question that matters: which job would you love to never do by hand again? The inbox at 11pm. The proposal that eats an hour. The travel calculation for out of town jobs.

We pick the one that costs you the most, and pull it apart.

We break it into steps out loud, the way you would explain it to a new assistant on their first morning. What starts it. What it needs. What it should say. What it should never do without you. Most people have never written this down, and half the value is in the writing down.

We write the prompt together, on the call.

Not a template with your name dropped in. The actual prompt for your actual process, in your words, tested and fixed while we are still on the call. If the first version sounds like a robot, good. That is the part I want you to watch me fix, because it is the exact moment most people quit.

We set it up so it keeps working, then keep going.

Where it should live so it remembers you and you never explain yourself twice, which tool I would use for this job and why, and what it costs. I am not selling you software. If there is room left in the hour, we start on the next one.

What you walk away with

  • At least one working automation for a real process of yours, running in your account, not mine.
  • The prompt behind each one, written in plain English, so you can change it yourself at 11pm without calling anybody.
  • The steps of your own process written out, which is worth having even if you never automate another thing.
  • A short list of the next two things I would hand off, in the order I would do them.
  • The recording and written notes from the call, sent to you afterwards, so you never have to remember what we did.

$350

Sixty minutes, live on video, just the two of us.

Pick a time that works, pay, and you are confirmed. The details land in your inbox straight away.

Two things before we meet. Have a paid Claude account ready, and bring either a list of the tasks you repeat every week or one task you want automated. That means we start building instead of setting up.

Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation email. Cancel 2 or more days ahead and you are refunded in full, automatically. Inside 2 days the session is not refundable, because the time is held for you.

Calendar not loading? Book your session here instead.

Have a team? I will come and teach them. A working session with your people, built around how you actually sell and run the business. Open this, tell me what your team does all week, and I will come back with what I would teach them and what it would cost.

Most of what eats a team's week is not the work, it is everything around the work. Chasing the enquiry that came in overnight. Writing the same proposal for the twentieth time. Re-typing the same information into a third tool. I come in and teach your people to hand that part to AI, in the context of your own sales and operations process, not a generic demo.

How it works: we start from your real week. I sit with what your team actually repeats, we pick the pieces worth handing off, and we build them together on the call, in your own accounts, in plain English. Everybody leaves with something running and with the method, so the next one is theirs to build.

Why I can teach this: I did fifteen years of sales and operations before I did any of this with AI. I ran the processes, I hired the people, I wrote the follow ups. That is the lens I teach it through, which is why it lands with a sales team and not just with the technical one.

Format and length depend on the team. A single session suits a small team with one process to fix. A bigger team, or several processes, runs longer. Tell me the size of the team and what they do, and I will come back with what I would run and what it would cost.

Tell me about your team

Send me a few lines about the business and what is eating your team's week. I read these myself. If it is something one person could fix in an hour long session, I will tell you that instead.

You have a message here that never reached me.

Nothing you typed was lost. It is still saved in this browser. Send it to me by email instead, or press send again below.

This form needs JavaScript, and it looks like it is switched off in your browser.

I would rather tell you that than take your message and lose it. Email me instead at [email protected] with your name, your business, and what is eating your week. I answer these personally, usually within two business days.

In case it is faster to just call you.
This is where my reply goes, so double check it.
And a link to your website or Instagram if you have one.
Optional. It is what lets me price it for you before I reply.
What do you do, and what is the thing eating the most of your week right now? If you have already tried to fix it, tell me what you tried.

I answer these personally, usually within two business days.

Got it. Thank you.

Your message is with me and I read these myself. I will come back to you at the email you gave me with what I would run with your team, how long it would take, and what it would cost.

While you wait, my Golden Prompts are yours to copy.

Questions people actually ask

Why is it $350 for an hour?

Because you are not buying an hour of talking, you are buying something built. Most people spend weeks circling one task, trying prompts, getting robotic answers, and giving up. We do it together in one sitting and you leave with it working. One booking, or one saved afternoon a week, and it has paid for itself.

How many automations can we build in the hour?

At least one, and often more. It depends on how complicated your process is and how fast you like to move, and every business has its own rhythm. So bring your whole list. We start with the one that is costing you the most, get it running, and keep going as far as the hour takes us. You also leave with the method, so the next one is yours to build.

I am genuinely not technical. Is this really for me?

Neither am I. I am a performer and a mom, and I do not write a single line of code. Everything I run was set up by typing in plain English, the way I would text a friend. If you can write an email, you can do this. Being not technical is not a problem here, it is the reason I know how to explain it.

I have a team. Can you teach all of us?

Yes. That is the second option on this page. I come to your team and we do the same work together, around your own sales and operations process, so everybody leaves with something running and with the method. Tell me about your team and I will come back with what I would run and what it would cost.

What happens after the session?

The thing we built is yours and it lives in your account, so it keeps working whether or not you ever speak to me again. You get the recording and the written prompt, so you can change it later yourself. If you get stuck or you want to go further, book another session, or ask me about bringing me in to your team.

You do not need more hours in the day. You just need a little help.
